Cute hotel, friendly staff
We stayed one night in Anami and it was a lovely experience. We were greeted by Pilar who was super friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than planned but she allowed to grab some hot drinks and let us check in early into a room. We were grateful for this because we came from Uyuni and were very tired. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I definitely recommend this place!! There is someone at the front desk 24/7 and they have laundry service. Super vale a pena.
Não pude tomar café da manhã porque saí muito cedo nos dois dias em que fiquei. Mesmo assim, no primeiro dia a querida Pilar (recepcionista da noite) me preparou um chá e um "emparedado" (misto quente) antes do horário regular do café.

La atención es excelente. Todo el personal que nos atendió en cocina, las mucamas y las señoras Susana y Rosa personas muy cordiales y saben cómo atender al cliente. En verdad nos sentimos en casa. La limpieza del hotel de primera. Muy agradable el tener la oportunidad de poder tomar café, té o chocolate durante el día ya que dejan el área de la cocina abierta y además se puede cocinar allí sin problemas. Tienen un sitio de estar en el patio del hotel donde se puede disfrutar durante el día. La lencería muy cómoda, quizás colocaría algunas almohadas adicionales (no las solicité, pero estoy seguro que de hacerlo no las hubieran colocado sin problema). Las toallas los dos primeros días muy buenas, las del último día si eran un poco más viejas, que ya están llegando al límite de su vida útil de comodidad. La ubicación es buena, tiene restaurantes, supermercados y abastos cerca. El wifi muy bueno sin ser excelente, pero sirve para trabajar tranquilamente. Recomendado al 100%, sin duda me volvería a alojar aquí. Un sólo detalle es que si llegas con vehículo, debes buscar algún garage cerca. Del resto todo excelente. Lo recomiendo

Great place to stay
We had arrived early at the hotel, our room was ready and allowed early check in, which we were very grateful having traveled from Oruro carnival on early bus. Breakfast was offered, which was good. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with directions and booking a taxi for the airport. Excelente

Outstanding visit
I was very pleased with this hotel. The grounds were very appealing, rooms spacious and comfortable, breakfast was good, but the best part was the front desk staff who work hard to create a great experience. It’s also incredible value for the money. The downsides were spotty wifi, thin walls, and creaky floors. Nonetheless I highly recommend!
