Anami is a cozy house declared patrimonial class B by the honorable mayor of the city of La Paz. It was built in 1920 in the neighborhood of Sopocachi, today called cultural district, and was restored in 2016. Due to its picturesque appearance, Sopocachi was home to great personalities in La Paz and today, it retains its essence thanks to its emblematic buildings and houses like the National School of Fine Arts and the National Conservatory of Music.
Today, Sopocachi is full of excellent options of restaurants and pubs, as well as some of the most famous art galleries in the city, such as Espacio Simón Patiño, Salar Art Gallery, Casa Museo Colon, among others.
Some of the furniture and paintings exhibited at Anami are from renowned Bolivian artists, as well as from new artists.
